Steve Huffman is the founder of SMS Recruiters (Select Medical Solutions) in 1999. After a successful career in the Medical sales field as an outside Sales Representative, Sales trainer and Manager. Steve was instrumental with large corporate accounts nationwide with Capital Equipment, DME, Surgical Disposables, and implants.

Steve Huffman has been successful with hundreds of his candidates that have taken his advice on Interviewing and placing them with senior-level, mid-level and entry-level positions in all industries.

Mr. Huffman has over 20 years of business experience in sales management and start up ventures, spending most of that time in the medical and surgical sales arena and business-to-business management. Steve Huffman has spent the last 10 years as founder and President of both SMS Recruiters and Interview Consultants, reaching out to hundreds of candidates each year and placing them with top tier Forbes and Fortune 500 companies. Steve is a graduate from Missouri State University with a degree in Business Communications with a concentration in Business and marketing. Steve began his career with GE Capital.
